God Builds

Are you a stiff-necked person?

Turning away from the Lord and not attributing to him all the good things that is happening over your life is an indication that you have begun to corrupt yourself.

God is merciful and forgiving, return back to him and repent from your misdeeds so that the life of graces and blessings that he has poured upon you will continue to multiply.

Build yourself up in the Lord by maintaining the heat of love that is in your heart for him. Never allow the coldness of heart to stiffen your neck.

"Every one then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house upon the rock; and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And every one who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house upon the sand; and the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell; and great was the fall of it" (Matthew 7: 24 - 27).

Skilled Master Builder

We are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.

According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and another man is building upon it. Let each man take care how he builds upon it.

For no other foundation can any one lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?

If any one destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and that temple you are.
